As Boris fuming, chairman of the textile industry and light industry business committee of the Russian chamber of Commerce and industry, put it, coins have two sides, and Russia's accession to the WTO has advantages and disadvantages, but generally speaking, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. Boris fuming takes textile light industry as an example, which is one of the weakest industries in Russia. In its 2-3 trillion roubles textile light industry market, only 20% - 25% of the local product market share needs to be maintained by imports. Fuming believes that China's accession to the WTO will eliminate about 50% of the gray imports in the import share.
The Russian textile light industry market will be more standardized from then on, and the local enterprises will have the opportunity
to grow. At the same time, trade partners are willing to invest and cooperate in a more fair and legal Russian market.The Russian
